Our Offices

Multi State

Appellate Counsel, PC’s multistate locations are led by J.D. Haas and Joshua M. Erspamer. Serving clients in Colorado, Illinois, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Texas, and Wisconsin, and in federal appellate courts where admitted, we take a client-first, low-volume approach to complex appeals. Our team distills large records into decisive questions, aligns arguments with the standards of review, and delivers disciplined briefing and targeted post-trial motion practice designed to attempt to protect a favorable judgment or demonstrate reversible error.

Disclaimer: Attorney Advertising. Legal services in each listed state are provided exclusively by attorneys licensed in that state. Admission to practice is jurisdiction-specific; Appellate Counsel, PC does not seek to represent clients in jurisdictions where its attorneys are not licensed. Attorneys not licensed in a jurisdiction appear only where admitted (including pro hac vice) and in federal courts where admitted. Where required by rule or court order, we associate with local counsel. Past results do not guarantee a similar outcome. Each case depends on its own facts and applicable law.
