Appellate Counsel, PC’s California office is managed by Dina Joseph, licensed in California. Our California attorneys handle appeals before the California Courts of Appeal, the California Supreme Court, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit (where admitted).

We represent clients in civil, criminal, and family law appeals and assist trial counsel with motions and error preservation.
