Appellate Counsel, PC’s Oregon office is led by Sara Slabisak, licensed to practice in Oregon. Our Portland-based attorney represent clients before the Oregon Court of Appeals, the Oregon Supreme Court, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit (where admitted).
We handle family law, civil, and criminal appeals, as well as post-conviction and habeas matters. Our Oregon attorney also works closely with trial counsel to preserve issues for appeal.
