Bio

Jessica Marie Turner, Esq. serves as Of Counsel in appellate matters, providing strategic briefing, dispositive motion practice, and post-judgment advocacy in state and federal courts. She brings over six years of litigation experience spanning employment law, commercial disputes, and complex civil matters.

Jessica focuses on appellate strategy from the ground up, partnering with trial counsel to refine legal arguments, preserve issues for review, and position cases for appeal. Her work includes drafting principal and answer briefs, dispositive motions, rehearing petitions, and other high-stakes filings, with an emphasis on clarity, analytical precision, and persuasive narrative development.

Drawing on her background in complex litigation and litigation analytics, Jessica evaluates pleadings, discovery records, expert materials, and trial court rulings to identify reversible error and develop cohesive appellate themes. She collaborates closely with firm partners to strengthen the record, sharpen legal framing, and ensure appellate arguments are both doctrinally sound and strategically positioned.

Jessica is admitted to The Florida Bar and earned her J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.
