

Shoubert Polynice serves as Of Counsel, bringing more than nine years in high-stakes corporate law, regulatory compliance, and complex litigation to Appellate Counsel’s practice. He focuses on persuasive briefs and strategic motions in state and federal courts. Shoubert previously served as a Capital Markets Attorney at Debevoise & Plimpton, a Manager at KPMG, and an Associate Principal Examiner at FINRA — experience he now uses to identify reversible errors and sharpen legal framing. He also volunteers in immigration and consumer protection matters. Shoubert holds a JD from William Mitchell College of Law and an MBA in Finance from the Vienna University of Economics and Business, which included a residency at Harvard Business School. He is licensed in New York.
